Robert L. Haun, born Chattanooga, Tennessee, December 30, 1975; admitted to Bar, Tennessee, 2000; Georgia, 2001; U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee, 2002.

Education: Macalester College (B.A. cum laude, 1997); Vanderbilt University School of Law (J.D., 2000); Internship with the Honorable Thomas A. Wiseman, United States District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee, Nashville, TN (1999-2000); Clerkship with the Honorable W. Frank Brown, III and Howell N. Peoples, Chancery Court for the Eleventh Judicial District, Chattanooga, TN (2000-2001).

Robert L. Haun joined the firm in 2004 and advanced to Partner in 2007.  Mr. Haun offers a wide range of legal support to his clients in the area of employment law.  He has worked closely with corporate representatives to draft employee handbooks, policy and procedure manuals, and “Red Flag” procedures. 

He has also successfully represented multiple employers in EEOC procedures.  In addition to employment law, Mr. Haun’s practice areas include complex estate planning and trust administration to assist his individual clients with asset protection and estate, generation skipping and gift tax issues.
