The youngest member of MWH is John R. Hegeman.  At just five years of practice, Mr. Hegeman has already secured the role as lead counsel for a regional bank.  His practice is primarily creditor bankruptcy and commercial litigation.  He has represented corporate clients in multi-million dollars claims in the Bankruptcy Courts. 

He has also played a vital role in several commercial litigation cases for a large staffing company.  He has quickly gained recognition for the amount of experience he has attained over such a short amount of time. 

The Chattanooga Trial Lawyers Association recently invited him to present on bankruptcy issues at one of their regular meetings.
