O'Reilly, born in Xenia, Ohio, November 27, 1969; admitted to practice in Newfoundland, Canada, 1996; admitted in Tennessee, 2002; admitted U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee, 2003; admitted U.S. Court for International Trade, 2005; admitted U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee, 2006.

Email Wendell O'ReillyDuring his seven years of practice in Canada, he represented several clients headquartered in France. His current client base includes Swiss and German company subsidiaries. He is Chairman of the Swiss-American Chamber of Commerce in the Southeast, and has gained valuable insights into economic development and foreign direct investment in this region.
In April 2009, Mr. O’Reilly organized a symposium on the development of automotive clusters to educate key businesses and government officials in Chattanooga, Tennessee in anticipation of the completion of the first North American Volkswagen assembly plant. Among those in attendance were the Mayor of the City of Chattanooga and the Senior Commissioner of the Hamilton County Commission.
Mr. O’Reilly is also actively involved in the East Ridge Merchants Association and Urban Century Institute, a not-for-profit organization whose mission is fostering sustainable urban development.
Mr. O’Reilly regularly attends international trade conferences.
